National Director, Fiduciary Advisory Services
Dr. Victoria Collins oversees IFF's education and training programs for families and foundations and directs the Company's Praxis® program designed to educate and mentor young adults to prepare them for the responsibilities of managing wealth. Dr. Collins is uniquely qualified to address both the financial and emotional issues that affluent families face. As one of the nation's most respected financial planners, Dr. Collins has been named among the Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors by Robb Report/Worth magazine and among the 250 best financial advisors in the country for six consecutive years by Worth Magazine. She is also prominently listed in “The 100 Great Financial Advisors” by Mutual Funds Magazine. She authored or co-authored six books on financial planning, and is a frequent interviewee regarding financial matters on national radio and TV shows, including “Good Morning America”, Bloomberg, CNBC, MSNBC, and CBS, as well as in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Investor’s Business Daily, The Los Angeles Times and The New York Times. Following undergraduate work at Cornell University, she received her Ph.D in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Director, Dallas/Ft. Worth Office
Cynthia Krause oversees the Dallas/Ft. Worth office. She provides direct services for foundations, public charities, and families. Ms. Krause has served or consulted with over 50 nonprofits and foundations across the country. She is currently on the faculty of The College of William & Mary National Planned Giving Institute in Williamsburg, Virginia, and serves on the editorial board of the Planned Giving Design Center. She is a past board member of the National Committee on Planned Giving (NCPG), former member of the editorial board of the national publication, Planned Giving Today®, and former president of the North Texas Chapter of NCPG. She is a frequent lecturer and presenter for organizations and conferences across the nation, including the Council on Foundations and the Southwestern Legal Foundation Wills and Probate Institute. Ms. Krause is a graduate of Baylor University (B.A., Sociology) and received her law degree from Baylor University School of Law. Additionally, she is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and has extensive experience integrating the theories of psychological type into the practical work of the family and nonprofit teams and organizations. Ken Neisser joins IFF Advisors after more than twenty-three years in the fields of law and entertainment overseeing the interests of corporate clients, novelists, and writers, directors and producers of motion pictures and television programs, domestic and international. His legal background also includes commodities and securities litigation. Ken’s interest in the nonprofit sector actually predates these endeavors as his first job out of college was teaching English in Taiwan as a volunteer for the YMCA. He lived and worked for more than three years in Taiwan, Japan and the United Kingdom in the fields of law and education. Long interested in educational issues, Ken has worked for many years on academic programs for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation, has directed fund-raising for elementary and secondary school scholarship programs in the Los Angeles area, and has helped the Boston-based tolerance teaching organization Facing History & Ourselves launch its programs in California. He is the co-author with Doug Freeman of the article “Philanthropy in California Through the Eyes of the Donors and Those Who Advise Them.” Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with Honors from Yale University, graduating Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1975 and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1979. He is proficient in Spanish and French and conversant in Japanese and Mandarin.
